Processing & Payment Confirmation​

Orders are processed after payment has been received.

Once we receive your payment, you will receive a confirmation email including your invioce (without VAT, according to & 19 UStG for small businesses).

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

Customs & Duties

No additional customs fess apply for shipments within the EU.

Returns & Exchanges 

You have 14 days from receipt to return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags. Returns must be pre-approved via e-mail to: lelib.wear@gmail.com. You will receive the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by you. 

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue refund via the original payment method. Items not meeting the return conditions will not be refunded.
